International orders may take longer to arrive due to delays at Customs. All international orders are final.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
U.S. orders may take longer to arrive due to delays at the border.

We accept PayPal. We also accept cheques. Order will be processed after cheque clears.
WARRANTY
There is a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If damage occurred, it most likely occurred during the shipping process. If you find that your product(s) is/are damaged, please notify us by e-mail for further instructions. E-mail address is: info@cigwizard.com
LOST PACKAGES
We will not be responsible for covering any lost or stolen packages that have been left, in your absence, at your residence or business at your request.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us, we will notify you by e-mail, if your e-mail address is on file. If it is returned because of an error on our part, we will ship it back to you at no charge. If it is returned due to an error on your part, you will be charged an extra shipping and handling charge. If you no longer want the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price, but we will not refund you the shipping and handling costs. If we cannot reach you by e-mail, we will hold the merchandise, allowing you 30 days to reach us with the correct information.
REFUND/EXCHANGE/CREDITS
In order to obtain a refund, exchange or credit, these steps must be followed:
• We must be notified of the reason for the return, exchange or credit within 7 to 10 days (for Canadian purchases), and 10 to 12 days (for U.S. purchases). All international orders are final. Please refer to your order number and date of mailing when e-mailing us.
• Items must be returned in UNUSED condition.
• Items must include original packaging with mailing date on package.
• Items must include the order number.
PLEASE NOTE
• Shipping and Handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we made a mistake.
• In an exchange, the customer is responsible for payment of all shipping and handling costs.
• Refund will only be given in the form of the original payment.
• A refund, exchange or credit WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if any of these steps are not taken.
